Fitness Camps/Senior Fitness

Group fitness setting aimed at reducing body fat quickly and developing lean muscle. Camp sessions are 45 minutes long, with 4 classes a week. Fitness camps are run in 4 week intervals, perfect for those with limited time and looking to achieve results. All fitness levels welcome, classes are designed to be as hard as you make them.
Senior fitness is designed at improving balance and functional strength. All Senior fit classes are in a small group settings. The goal of senior fit is to improve balance to reduce the risk of falls and to build functional strength to maintain an independent life style.
